When we look back at the human history, we can see that through the entire existence of our civilization the destructions of knowledge were happening on a regular basis. As a result, only shreds of what the ancients knew have reached us, including how they communicated with the biosphere.
There are many indications that give us a reason to believe that there could have been advanced civilizations before our time, of which we know nothing. This belief is based on lots of unexplained artifacts, many similar myths that exist in different cultures who never had contact with each other, and just by applying a simple logic. We also believe that the parts of the lost knowledge of those civilizations could survive and could have reached us, but most likely they have been completely altered and are impossible to understand. However, if we study carefully and reinterpret those bits and pieces of the ancient knowledge, we can probably master the ability to manipulate our subconscious mind and change the settings of the program in our head controlling the aging process.
Can we trust the history?
Our knowledge of the world is scant and insufficient. The same is true for our past, of which we know almost nothing. The officially accepted version of history is an interpretation of written documents and some artifacts made by scientists, based on which they tried to recreate our past.
Basically, we can say that history is a fantasy art created by scientists with reference to existing artifacts and documents. It is deemed to be true because the scientific community in its majority agreed to consider it true. The problem, however, is that the current version of history was formed 150-200 years ago. And they try to fit all discoveries and finds that were made later into this official concept of the past. Anything that doesn't fit is usually ignored or given an inadequate explanation.
Our knowledge of the past at best goes back to 10-15 centuries ago. Only up to that time we have a more or less reliable knowledge of the events based on the extant documents and artifacts. Everything that goes beyond that is the result of speculation and guesswork. And even during that short period of time there were several campaigns destroying any traces of the ancient knowledge. In particular, in the 15-17 centuries there was a mass rewriting of history when many priceless manuscripts and artifacts were destroyed.
Is our civilization the first on Earth?
The simple logic dictates that our civilization that appeared just 6 thousands year ago cannot be the only one on the Earth, there must be other forms of intelligent life and advanced civilizations that existed before.
What do we know so far? The earth originated 4.6 billion years ago. The first life forms appeared at least 4 billion years ago. The first animals aroused 750 million years ago. And at the turn of 530 million years ago the emergence of a huge variety of life forms happened. This phenomenon was called the Cambrian explosion. Even dinosaurs existed between 66 and 230 million years ago, before they suddenly disappeared from the face of the Earth.
Comparing to those millions and billions of years of previous history, the appearance of the first Homo sapience just 200-250 thousand years ago, seems negligibly small. Moreover, the first developed civilization emerged only 6 thousand years ago, appearing in fact out of nowhere.
At the same time, over the past 6,000 years humanity has made an impressive progress. And if it was possible to make such a leap in development within only 6 thousand years, what could have happened throughout those hundreds of millions and even more billions of years that the Earth exists?
Therefore, we have solid grounds to assume that there were at least several advanced civilizations on Earth that preceded the appearance of the first known to us civilization of Sumer, and that some knowledge of these ancient civilizations were known to our ancestors.
And even if we assume that the Sumerian civilization was indeed the first, and nothing like it existed before, then it must had accumulated the vast empirical knowledge comparable to the knowledge rooted in Ancient India and Ancient China. However, the Sumer and other civilizations left us nothing.
As a result, only some pieces of ancient knowledge in the form of rituals and legends have survived to the present day. But sadly the original meaning of them has long been lost, and they have become just folklore and cultural traditions.
The value of ancient knowledge
Why do the ancient knowledge and rituals still interest us, even though they have lost their original meaning? Because there is a chance that we can restore this meaning.
Our modern civilization is technogenic, which means that everything we need is done through the mechanical transformation of the environment. While the ancient people lived much more naturally and closer to nature.
It looks like they had the innate abilities that we've lost along the progress of our civilization and technical evolution. More precisely, these abilities are not completely gone, but we lose them on the way from our early childhood to adult life during the process of education and adaptation to the technogenic environment. However, there are evidence that these abilities can be reactivated if you know how to do it.
We think that one way to achieve that could be studying rituals and ancient teachings. If we stop treating them as just exotic traditions, and start applying rational thought to them, then we can probably find the ways of their practical application. At the very minimum, we can extract something useful out of this for improving our physical and mental health.
A good example of that can be now popular and widespread yoga. Being initially a complex ancient spiritual teaching that draws the yogis into the process of astral transitions of body poses, yoga has been simplified and adapted for the general public as a system of physical exercises and mediation practices. The same approach can be used for other ancient rituals and knowledge.
Paganism and esoteric
Now, before we move further, we would like to clarify our stand on neo-paganism, esoteric cults and teachings, and various forms of spiritual practices. The answer is - basically we do not take them seriously.
As noted above, even if some ancient rituals, practices and legends survived and have reached our time, their original meaning has long been lost. So now they are interesting only as cultural traditions. Any attempts to recreate these rituals and ancient attributes without understanding of their original meaning turn into just theatrical actions with no value whatsoever.
Nevertheless, there are people who are real enthusiasts of careful restoring of old traditions. And their work is really important as they collect undistorted information about rituals, ceremonies and related attributes. These people and the information they are gathering is undoubtedly very useful.
Conclusion
Although, even if we consider that the study of ancient knowledge is important, this is not a priority for our movement. What we primarily focus on is the physical and psychological practices and proper dieting, as well as the healing properties of sex that can help improve our health and slow down the aging.
However, we are well aware that a real breakthrough in achieving longevity can only be achieved through accessing our subconscious and changing the settings of the program that controls the aging process. And if this task can be achieved with the use of ancient rituals and mediation practices, then we would not want to miss such an opportunity.
